Campaign Coordinator

The ideal individual for this role understands best practices when it comes to safety and operations of children’s facilities, loves to coach and develop others, and has experience working with parent/child relationships as it relates to varying social work needs.

The Preschool Program Manager is a hands-on leader who coaches and develops staff, creates and maintains outside partnerships, engages parents, and performs required administrative tasks. The manager is expected to be actively involved in direct care of the children whenever possible.

Lead Cook

Job Summary:  Performs a variety of food service operations as directed by the Kitchen Manager. Trains and develops clients in vocational training who are assigned to the kitchen.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Food Services

• Communicates and collaborates with the Kitchen Manager to plan well-balanced meals with minimal food waste
• Assists with managing all incoming and outgoing food. Weighs and logs all incoming/outgoing food and records on the in-kinds tracking form.
• Ensures all incoming food is correctly stored in appropriate location (pantry, freezer, walk-in), and maintains continuous inventory of food and supplies; Reports shortages to Kitchen Manager.
• Ensures necessary food and material goods are available for daily meals.
• Assists with the preparation, serving, and cooking of all food, including food for special events, when assigned.
• Ensures quality and presentation of every meal served to clients.
• Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen work area, dining room area, food preparation area, refrigerator, walk-in, freezer and pantry.
• Ensures all kitchen equipment is operating properly and is used properly to ensure safety in the kitchen.
• Reports any problems to Kitchen Manager for appropriate action.

Training & Development of Clients

• Leads all individuals assigned to the kitchen, including clients and volunteers.
  • Communicates meal menus
  • Directs the work of clients and volunteers
  • Trains and develops clients on prepping, cooking, sanitizing, and working in a professional kitchen environment.

Donor Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary: The Donor Engagement Coordinator creatively identifies opportunities to grow Raleigh Rescue Mission’s donor base, engages current donors, and manages the administration and organization of donor communication and events.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a donor communication process
  • Ensure each donor receives a personalized thank you each quarter
  • Coordinate calls and handwritten thank you notes for all new donors
  • Maintain a rotating list of donors to have personal contact with (including daily donor thank you calls)
  • Report on the impact of each donor’s gift
• Track donor interactions in Salesforce
• Identify internal client success stories and client needs to communicate to donors
• Identify unique ways to thank all new donors and implement the plan
• Schedules major donor meetings for CEO, preparing documents and identifying key topics/information about the donor to ensure highest level of donor engagement during the meeting

• Create appropriate weekly plans for children, to be approved by Program Manager
• Implement weekly plans at the highest quality level, enriching students at all times
• Identify child’s potential needs and communicate to Parent and Program Manager
• Identify and refer outside services and programs that would enrich the lives of the child

Job Summary: This position serves alongside our clients and Client Support Specialists to build positive relationships, understand needs, and assist with solutions and resources to transform clients’ lives.

• Responds to inquiries regarding participation in the RRM Ministry program;
• Conducts intake assessment for EOS guests and new clients to participate in the program and Assists NLP Clients with identified goals.
• Performs new client orientation and assists with acclimating to the communal living environment (i.e. explaining guidelines).
• Provides general supervision; ministers by offering hope and encouragement to clients.
• Maintains organization and inventory of hygiene supplies and OTC medication closet. Prepares needed class materials and intake forms. Maintains organization and cleanliness of office space. Assists clients with laundry as needed.
• Facilitates morning activities including breakfast, transportation, classes, client meetings, support groups, appointments, appropriate clothing for designated activities, meds, devotions and other activities.
• Assists Client Support Specialists with appropriate referrals and services based on identified psychosocial, economic, physical, and/or spiritual needs of the client.
• De-escalates crises, intervenes and assists clients in resolving interpersonal conflicts, disagreements and misunderstandings.
• Participates in goal plan reviews to determine clients’ progress in meeting goals/benchmarks and program requirements.
• Documents progress, shift reports and other client information using the client information management system. Audits system client records on a nightly basis to ensure accurate data input per checklist.

Ministry Support Specialist - Overnight

Job Title: Ministry Support Specialist
Job Status:   Full-time, regular, non-exempt
Schedule:    The typical work week will be Sunday/Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday, or Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday, for a 12 hour shift (6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM).

Job Summary: As a Client Ministry Specialist, you will be providing a crucial first layer of support to our clients to ensure their safety, support and overall engagement in our New Life Program from day-to-day, minute-to-minute. This role owns the 24/7 support and encouragement of clients. You are serving as a first line of access for the client and the entire Raleigh Rescue Mission team.

Client Success Manager

Job Title: Client Success Manager
Job Status:   Full-time, regular, non-exempt
Schedule:  The typical work week will be Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm (flexible), working an expected 40+ hours/week.

Job Summary: As a Client Success Manager, you will be partnering with our clients to ensure their progression and
engagement in our New Life Program from start to finish. This role owns the effective goal setting, relationship building, coaching and accountability of the clients in their care. You are serving as a liaison for the entire Raleigh Rescue Mission team to ensure the most appropriate services are provided to a client, which should result in meaningful transformation in their life and ultimately, long-term stability.
