Tameka is a Community Consultant with Community Development Banking for PNC Bank right here in Raleigh. She specializes in helping organizations that are engaged in affordable housing, economic development, neighborhood revitalization and stabilization, financial education and community services improve the quality of life for low to moderate-income individuals and communities.
Tameka began her banking career with RBC Bank (USA) in the Public Institutional Banking department as a Sales Assistant. She also worked in the commercial banking department as a Client Support Specialist. In 2009, Tameka transferred to Community Development Banking as a Client and Community Specialist.
She earned her B.B.A in Finance from Howard University, Washington, D.C. and Masters of Business Administration from Pfeiffer University.
She currently resides in Raleigh with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, traveling and attending her children’s soccer matches and music concerts. Besides serving on the Raleigh Rescue Mission Board, Tameka volunteers at various nonprofit organizations throughout the Greater Raleigh area.
